Associate Director - Content

As the Associate Director - Content at PhonePe Limited, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with PhonePe's brand vision and business objectives. Your role will involve building, managing, and scaling an in-house content organization that serves as a Center of Excellence for various content types, including engaging blog posts, captivating videos, SEO-optimized pages, impactful product marketing content, and category education initiatives. You will be leading a team of content strategists, writers, video producers, and SEO specialists, recruiting, mentoring, and developing them to foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. It will be your responsibility to ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content initiatives, aligning with PhonePe's overall brand guidelines. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Brand teams, you will understand their objectives and deliver content solutions that resonate with target audiences. Utilizing data and analytics, you will measure content performance, identify insights, and optimize content strategies for maximum impact and ROI. Additionally, you will stay updated on the latest content trends, formats, and distribution channels, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced content expert with over 15 years of extensive experience in the industry. You should possess native digital expertise, particularly in digital content strategy and execution, along with a significant specialization in video content for new media environments. A proven leader, strategic storyteller, and data-driven professional, you should also excel in collaboration, communication, and have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
