Associate Consultant

Educational Requirements:

Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred), must have studied Psychology, Economics, Commerce or highly statistical specialization in UG.

Exceptional undergraduate students are also encouraged to apply.

Quadrangle Consulting is a boutique consulting firm that brings psychology to life for businesses. We work with 200+ clients across industries like pharma, financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, IT, and Indian conglomerates, helping them improve how they engage and manage talent and customers.

We’re looking for sharp, analytical minds with a background in psychology (preferably social, organizational, or consumer) to join us as Associate Consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on talent and customer projects from design to implementation

• Manage client relationships and deliver data-driven solutions

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including ROI analysis
