Associate Consultant

As a Tele Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to reach out to new and potential customers in a defined target market audience to introduce our product and service offerings. You will need to familiarize yourself with the details of our products and services, address any inquiries or concerns from customers, and communicate effectively to understand their requirements and needs. Based on this understanding, you will offer solutions tailored to match clients" needs and capabilities. Additionally, you will direct prospects and leads to the sales team and maintain an updated customer database for future reference. Your key responsibilities will include measuring identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently striving to meet sales quotas, tracking and documenting calls and sales, updating client records, and preparing and presenting achievements and KPIs. You will collaborate with internal key stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process, build relationships both internally and externally, and manage inbound leads generated through marketing activities. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5-6 years of experience as a Tele Sales Representative or in a similar sales position, with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas consistently. Hands-on experience with sales tools like CRM software is essential, along with the ability and willingness to learn about product and service specifications and benefits. You should have a patient and friendly demeanor, enabling you to make 100-120 prospect calls daily. Being a team player with good time management skills, exceptional interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills will be crucial. Strong account management and relationship-building skills are highly valued, and a BSc or BA degree would be a plus.
