Associate Business Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and development teams by understanding business needs and translating them into actionable requirements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, QA, and project management, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Analysis:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and objectives.

• Analyze client requirements and propose appropriate web and mobile-based IT solutions.

• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor.

Post-Sales Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze project requirements.

• Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement.

• Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.

• Provide ongoing support and clarification to development teams during the implementation phase.

• Prepare essential documentation, including BRD, FRD, and wireframes.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure delivered solutions meet client expectations.

Required Skill Set and Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile-based IT services company.

• Understanding of eCommerce, web, and mobile technologies and trends.

• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable in understanding and breaking client requirements into structured requirements.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Nice-to-have :

• Hands-on with prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Whimsical).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

• Ability to prepare and deliver client presentations.
