Job Description

As an Associate at Morgan Stanley, you will be responsible for providing assurance coverage for application and system infrastructure supporting the Technology Data Management Audit. The Internal Audit Division (IAD) at Morgan Stanley drives attention and resources to vulnerabilities by independently assessing the quality and effectiveness of internal control systems, risk management, and governance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute a wide range of assurance activities within Finance applications technology space - Understand and adopt new audit tools and techniques - Develop clear and concise messages regarding risk and business impact - Identify and leverage data for analysis - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build effective working relationships and execute team deliverables - Manage multiple deliverables while delivering high-quality work - Understand audit principles, tools, and processes **Qualifications Required:** - Ability to communicate clearly and adapt messages to the audience - Ability to identify patterns and anomalies in data - Masters"/ Bachelors" Degree in Computer Science or IT-related field - CISA, CISSP, or CPA certification preferred - Familiarity with COBIT, SOX, NIST, and FFIEC - Strong understanding of IT general controls - Commitment to practicing inclusive behaviors - Understanding of middle office Operations activities supporting institutional line of business - Willingness to solicit and provide feedback for self and peers - At least 2 years" relevant experience **Additional Company Details:** Morgan Stanley is committed to maintaining first-class service and excellence for over 85 years.
