You will be supporting the TA Head, Product Managers, and Product Executives in the team by providing enhanced marketing and secretarial support. Your role will involve offering both analytical and operational support, with a focus on performing qualitative and quantitative analytics on data to facilitate informed decision-making. - Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team. - Assist Project Managers in preparing promotional materials for marketing purposes. - Ensure full implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). - Issue monthly reports displaying customer satisfaction levels. - Update the distributors" database and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all reports. - Prior work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - Proficiency in market and customer intelligence. - Desirable to have market knowledge and a strong network. - Patient/client-driven with excellent communication skills.
