Job Description

As an Associate Manager of Implementation Advising at UKG Ready, a product of Ultimate Kronos Group, you will have the opportunity to utilize and enhance your software implementation and consulting skills. Your main responsibility will be leading a team of Implementation Advisors to enable UKG Ready Solution Consultants and contribute to efficiency and quality improvement activities. Your role will involve providing technical and implementation guidance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project completions. You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of engagement, development, and continuous learning among team members. **Responsibilities:** - Consult on best practices and assist Solution Consultants in designing customer-centric solutions. - Re-configure software solutions based on customer needs. - Stay updated on product features and functionalities. - Collaborate with teams on complex configuration needs, upgrades, and change order projects. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to SMEs to meet Solution Consultants" expectations. - Assign projects based on skill and experience, and communicate task priorities effectively. - Anticipate potential problems and develop solutions to ensure successful outcomes. - Monitor team projects, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely completions. - Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across the organization. - Encourage open communication and solicit feedback for continuous improvement. - Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the business. - Communicate relevant information to team members, peers, and superiors. - Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and adherence to best practices. **Qualifications:** - Experience in a Cloud company or managing product implementation/enablement teams. - BE/BTech/MCA degree with 10+ years of global product implementation experience. - Strong analytical skills and a track record of driving change and process improvements. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing environments. - Team leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to work in a fixed business-required shift (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST). - Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as needed.,
