Job Description

As a QA and development professional for the Product Processor Technology area, you will work closely with the business and SMEs to prioritize business requests, manage ETL development work, and ensure timely delivery according to the SDLC. You will be part of the Product Processor Development Team in Pune, supporting the GTPL application for Product Control & Finance Department. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business and functional requirements and convert them into Technical Design Documents for the development team. - Lead a Technical Team in Pune supporting GTPL in Product Processor Departments. - Create project plans and ensure PTS documentation is up to date. - Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams for handover documents, manage SIT, UAT, and automate Unit Testing. - Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting system performance and usability. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of how development integrates within the business/technology objectives. - Address testing requirements independently and articulate issues with lead time. - Design, Implement, Integrate, and test new features. - Take ownership of successful delivery, mentor other developers, and organize review activities. - Explore existing application systems for complexity and potential risks. - Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting software architecture and process improvements. - Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Qualifications: - 10+ years of Software development and QA experience. - 6+ years of Oracle PL/SQL experience. - 6+ years of ETL QA Experience (AbInitio or Informatica). - Development experience in a fast-paced environment with test automation and reporting tools. - Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, and data conversion/migration. - Strong trouble shooting and debugging skills. - Experience in an Onsite-offshore model. Skills: - Strong analytic skills. - Excellent communication and internal customer management skills. - Excellent facilitation and relationship-building skills. Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech or Master degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Competencies: - Strong work organization and prioritization. - Ownership and accountability for assigned work. - Ability to manage multiple activities and identify key risks. - Personal maturity, drive, integrity, adaptability, and creativity. - Sensitivity to cultural differences and environments. - Values diversity and appreciates differences in style or perspective.,
