Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Technical Services Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience, be JLPT N3 certified, and have experience working with Japan.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and services to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Develop and implement effective technical solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of technical problems.
Prepare and deliver technical documentation and reports.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills.

Job Requirements

Minimum JLPT N3 certification is required.
Experience working with Japan is necessary.
A flexible work environment such as India morning shift/night shift is expected.
Good technical knowledge or certifications are preferred.
Graduation is mandatory.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
