Assistant Store Manager

JOB ROLE:

• Assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store management process

• Driving the sales and profitability of the store

• Building and maintaining a high level of customer experience

• Scheduling clients deliveries, trials and ensuring timely deliveries

• Co ordination with the production team for client's orders

• Maintaining stock and similar sheets.

• Resolving customer service issues and complaints

• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, partners and vendors

• Ensuring a clean and visually pleasing store environment and visual merchandising

Qualification:

• Minimum of a High School diploma

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Store Development or similar roles

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Knowledge of business and management principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Excellent multitasking skills

• Ability to prioritize work

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Excellent time management skills

Salary:

INR 18000 pm
