🚨 We're Hiring – Assistant Social Media Manager


📍 Location: Gurgaon | 🕒 Immediate Joiners Preferred


Role & Responsibilities:-


  • Develop and implement a social media marketing calendar to enhance brand awareness and foster engagement across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create and develop the plan of action on a monthly and quarterly basis to have an effective and efficient social media presence.
  • Coordinate and curate engaging content for social media posts, including graphics, reels, videos, and written copy, with the team, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimise content and strategy for better results.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and innovative marketing tactics in social media marketing, and proactively identify new opportunities for brand digital growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and coordinate with the influencers, celebrity stylists, and brand creators to onboard & collaborate on a time-to-time basis.
  • Coordinate with the cross-functional team and external stakeholders to maintain the TAT and ensure the timely delivery of content or services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities on social media, and leverage insights to enhance our own strategies and stay ahead of the curve.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Must have experience with Amazon Marketing Services
  • Having previous experience in the apparel industry.
  • 3-8 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms to track performance and measure ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that drives engagement and communicates our brand message effectively.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Passion for digital marketing and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
