Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sample collection.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the development and implementation of new sample collection protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sample collection processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients.
Conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate sample collection practices.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sample collection.
Provide training and support to junior staff members on sample collection best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sample collection, preferably in a clinical research or pharmaceutical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to sample collection is desirable.
