What you will do:

• Manage the sales team to achieve high performance and meet sales targets.
•  Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new sales.
•  Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
•  Ensure the sales team follows up on leads promptly and efficiently.
•  Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance to senior management.
•  Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
•  Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
•  Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
•  Collaborating with internal stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the company achieves the best value in terms of cost, quality, and service.

Requirements:

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
• Any Graduate or MBA preferred.
• Minimum of

  2+ years

  of experience in real estate sales
•  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
