About the Role

Project Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support with planning, coordination and execution of activities.
• Planning for meetings , Attending meetings, preparing notes, and follow up.
• Communicate effectively with collaborators and stakeholders.
• Assist with reports, presentations, documentation
• Manage project visibility on websites, newsletters, and social media.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduates preferably MBA
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in management/administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace and basic project management tools.
• Familiarity with IT projects/processes will be an advantage.

Preferred

• Candidates trained in management/administration through (i) social impact programs like Teach For India (ii) worked with NGOs or Governmental agencies (iii) worked with leadership executing the project.
• Prior experience in academic or research environments will be useful.
