Job Description

we are hiring for Assistant Project Manager for Interior Fit-Out supports the Project Manager in overseeing interior renovation projects from concept to completion, assisting with tasks such as project planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating contractors and vendors, managing logistics, conducting site inspections for quality control, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, reviewing designs, managing project documentation, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and design specifications Skills & responsibilities Project Coordination & Support: a.      Support the Project Manager in planning and executing interior fit-out projects, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project milestones are met.  Budget & Schedule Management: a.      Assist in preparing project budgets and schedules, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects stay within budget and on timeline.  Vendor & Contractor Management: a.      Liaise with and coordinate clients, designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.  Site Supervision: a.      Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, inspect work quality, and ensure adherence to safety and design standards.  Documentation & Reporting: a.      Manage project documentation, prepare progress reports, and assist with client handovers.  Procurement & Logistics: a.      Help manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the site.  Quality Control: a.      Review drawings and work on-site to ensure it meets the project's design specifications and quality requirements.  Problem-Solving: a.      Identify and help resolve technical issues and site-related problems to prevent project delays.  b.     Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: a.      Familiarity with interior design, project execution, and construction management principles.  Communication Skills: a.      Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse project stakeholders.  Organization & Multitasking: a.      Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  Technical Proficiency: a.      Proficient in project management software and other relevant tools.  Attention to Detail: a.      A keen eye for detail is crucial for ensuring quality and accuracy in project execution.  REQUIREMENTS 1.    Assist in planning and executing interior fit-out projects. 2.    Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. 3.    Monitor project timelines and budgets to meet deadlines and financial goals. 4.    Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. 5.    Prepare project documentation and reports. 6.    Facilitate communication between the project team and clients. 7.    Assist in resolving project-related issues and troubleshoot problems. 8.    Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the project.
