Assistant Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and project planning.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and documentation as required.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Support in resource allocation and material planning.
• Handle communication between internal teams and clients.
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues promptly.
• Maintain project records, drawings, and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Assist in billing, BOQ verification, and coordination with procurement teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project execution, coordination, or site management.
• Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Excel, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Team player with leadership potential and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
