Job Description

Arcadis IBI is looking for Associate Project Manager
The APM must ensure timely delivery of all project activities as per contract scope and KPIs
Coordinate with client representatives and stakeholders for smooth project operations
Supervise and manage project team members, ensuring efficient task allocation and productivity
Conduct regular review meetings to track progress and resolve issues
Identify training and development needs for the team
Ensure uninterrupted operation of systems/equipment under O&M scope
Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Maintain proper documentation, logs, and reports as per project requirements
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
Conduct periodic audits and maintain project documentation
Ensure Project expenses are within budget, monitor expenses, and ensure cost control
Oversee preparation and submission of client invoices and follow up for timely payment collection
Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
Handle client communication, reporting, and performance reviews
Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
