Assistant Professor in CSE

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Engineering to join our academic team. The role involves teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting impactful research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with emerging technologies and industry needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science & Engineering (e.g., Data Structures, Algorithms, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, etc.).

● Develop innovative teaching materials, lesson plans, and assignments aligned with industry standards.

● Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and research activities.

● Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed journals/conferences.

● Engage in departmental and university activities including seminars, workshops, and outreach programs.

● Participate in curriculum design and updates as per AICTE/UGC/NEP guidelines.

● Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional growth initiatives.

Qualifications

● Ph.D. (or submitted thesis) in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related discipline.

● M.Tech/M.E. in CSE or allied fields with a strong academic record.

● NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC/AICTE norms preferred.

Desired Skills & Competencies

● Strong foundation in at least two specialization areas (AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Science, IoT, Blockchain, etc.).

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● Ability to integrate innovative pedagogy and technology-enhanced learning.

● Research orientation with evidence of publications or ongoing projects.

● Passion for student engagement and mentorship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
