Job Title:

Assistant Professor – Finance

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Assistant Professor in Finance to teach

undergraduate and postgraduate courses, guide students, and contribute to research and

departmental activities. Candidates should have at least 2 years of teaching or equivalent corporate

experience in finance-related roles.

Skills & Competencies:

 Strong subject knowledge in financial management, investments, corporate finance, and

emerging finance domains (Fintech, Data Analytics, etc.).

 Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to integrate practical/industry knowledge into academic teaching.

 Research-oriented mindset with potential for publications and academic contributions.

 Proficiency in financial analysis tools, MS Excel, and preferred financial

modelling/ERP/analytics software.

Qualifications:

 Master’s degree in Finance / related discipline (MBA, M. Com, PGDM); Ph.D. preferred but

not mandatory.

 Minimum 2 years of teaching or equivalent corporate experience in finance.

 Good communication and presentation skills.

 Knowledge of financial tools, analysis, and industry practices.

Compensation:
