Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Food & Beverage (F&B) at Gulzar Group of Institutes, located in Punjab, India. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in F&B, developing and updating curriculum, conducting research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community through service and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching and instructional skills in Food & Beverage
• Experience in curriculum development and academic research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
• Dedication to contributing to the academic community through service and outreach
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
