Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in English literature, language, and linguistics courses.
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, assessments, and evaluations to ensure student learning outcomes meet institutional standards.
Conduct research in areas of specialization such as creative writing, critical theory, or applied linguistics to stay updated on industry trends.
Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and conferences to contribute to curriculum development and professional growth.
Mentor students on academic papers, thesis guidance, and career counseling.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have Master's degree (M.A) & UGC NET cleared & Ph.D./Doctorate (Ph.D.) in English Literature or related field from a recognized university would be preferred.
Minimum 2-7 years of teaching experience at the postgraduate level.
Strong knowledge of pedagogy principles for effective classroom instruction.
Excellent communication skills for clear presentation delivery.
