Planning Manager is responsible for the meticulous planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects to ensure timely and efficient completion within budget and quality standards. The Planning Manager to act as a crucial link between the planning and execution phases of a project, ensuring its successful and efficient completion.
Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, using scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Determining the necessary resources (labor, materials, equipment) and allocating them efficiently to various project tasks.
Tracking project progress against the schedule, identifying potential delays or issues, and alerting project managers.
Maintaining clear communication channels with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
