We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant for a full-time, on-site position located in Ghaziabad. The Assistant will perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, handling correspondence, and providing support to various teams inside the organization. Additional responsibilities include assisting in office operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow and communication across departments. The Assistant will act as a point of contact within the office to facilitate internal and external activities.

Qualifications

Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, prioritization, and multitasking responsibilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration and client interactions
Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Proficiency with office tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication systems
Experience in administrative support or a related field is preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education is advantageous
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
