Requirement

  • - Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential clients.
  • - Present the company's services, addressing client needs and promoting value propositions.
  • - Strategically assess existing client accounts for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • - Develop and implement plans to expand the scope of services within the current customer base.
  • - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
  • - Address customer concerns and queries effectively to maintain positive client relationships.
  • - Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive price quotes based on client requirements.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes align with operational capabilities.
  • - Implement a systematic follow-up process to nurture leads and secure business.
  • - Gather feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and address any issues promptly.
  • - Evaluate and determine specialized equipment rates based on unique client needs.
  • - Collaborate with sales teams to customize quotes for specific customer requirements.
  • - Develop and communicate clear SOPs to the operations team to ensure efficient and standardized service delivery.
  • - Collaborate with operations to streamline processes and address challenges.
  • - Monitor and follow up on customer payments in a timely manner.
  • - Coordinate with finance and accounts teams to address payment-related issues.
  • - Regularly review and analyze DSR to track sales performance and identify trends.
  • - Provide insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
  • - Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • - Address discrepancies and collaborate with relevant departments for resolution.
  • - Evaluate and respond to special rate requests from clients, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility of meeting unique customer requirements.
