Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager Training & Development

Job Purpose

To assess training needs, design learning programs, execute training interventions, and build a strong learning culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the Training & Development strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Prepare annual training budgets and calendars.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments.
  • Design, customize, and implement training programs (Technical, Functional, Behavioral, Leadership).
  • Identify and coordinate with external training institutes, consultants, and facilitators.
  • Deliver in-house training sessions, workshops, and employee orientation programs.
  • Promote a learning culture through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Measure training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and monthly reports for management review.
  • Continuously improve training content and delivery based on evaluation feedback.
  • Support audits with training-related documentation and evidence.
  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Encourage employee participation in learning and development activities.
  • Work with LMS and digital learning platforms.

  • Post-graduation in Management (preferred)
