Assistant Manager - RNA

Responsibilities -

Programming and managing online surveys using Forsta Plus SaaS (Confirmit) and jQuery
Conducting quality checks including link validations and bug fixes
Independently managing client projects from start to finish
Ensuring clear, consistent communication with clients on scope and timelines
Leading process improvements to boost productivity and reduce turnaround time
Collaborating with internal teams to align resources and ensure project delivery
Mentoring junior programmers and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives

Requirements -

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in survey programming
(Forsta Plus/Confirmit)
Strong proficiency in
jQuery
,
HTML
, and related scripting languages
Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
Excellent communication and team management capabilities
Graduate in any discipline; certifications in research tools preferred
