Assistant Manager

As a Clutch System Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of clutches for Tractors and HCVs. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing clutches that are reliable, durable, and efficient, capable of handling high torque and stress levels. - Utilizing CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA to create detailed 3D models of clutch components and assemblies. - Selecting materials that can endure harsh conditions and heavy loads, such as high-strength steels or advanced composites. - Conducting testing and validation processes to ensure clutch performance meets standards through load testing, wear testing, and reliability testing. - Collaborating closely with manufacturing and assembly teams to ensure cost-effective production and efficient manufacturing of your designs. - Identifying issues with current clutch designs or manufacturing processes and developing innovative solutions to enhance them. - Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations for safety, performance, and environmental concerns. Qualifications required for this role include: - B Tech. in Mechanical Engineering. - Proficiency in mechanical design principles, material science, and thermodynamics. - Strong problem-solving skills to quickly address issues and propose innovative solutions. - Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation. - Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as casting, forging, and machining relevant to clutch production. - Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.,
