Job Description

Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A postgraduate degree or diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field is desirable. Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems would be considered an advantage. 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure, hospitality, or F&B (Food and Beverage) industry.

  • Project Planning Preparation of initial site feasibility reports.
  • Assist in preparation of detailed plan for project implementation and timelines associated with the same
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers & stakeholders to understand the project details and requirements.
  • Experience in quantity audit projects.
  • Project Cost and Deliverables
  • Ensure that the project cost is within planned budget and timelines
  • Update regular progress of projects undertaken by business
  • Oversee all on-site and offsite constructions activities, ensuring adherence to project standards, with extensive travel to multiple cities as part of the role; prior experience in the Hospitality industry will be considered advantageous.
  • Manage interior fit-outs and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) requirements with in-depth expertise.
  • Be accountable for vendor management of project vertical.
  • Prepare reports and MIS for Project related jobs
  • Ensure high-quality project execution by implementing robust quality control measures.
  • Verify running bills and measurements in collaboration with the Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor, and coordinate with vendors for timely submission of final bill
  • Liaise with the Finance & Accounts team to ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
  • Coordinate with the Procurement team to meet site-related requirements efficiently.
  • Work with the Operations team to address snagging and de- snagging concerns for ID and MEP deliverables.
  • Ensure all compliances (Legal, Health & Safety) related to construction & projects are compiled to within time.
  • Ensure permits and licenses are obtained and maintained in order.
  • Actively pursue personal and professional development to stay updated with industry trends and practices.
