Assistant Manager-Project Execution

The role of Project Execution Assistant at Piramal Realty in Mumbai involves assisting in the timely delivery of projects from start to finish. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating with internal resources to ensure that project timelines are met, monitoring project progress, supervising construction activities, preparing cost plans, interacting with external stakeholders, and ensuring safety on site. You will report to the Site Head and work closely with key internal stakeholders such as Projects, Commercial, and MEP team, as well as external stakeholders like Consultants, Contractors, Architects, and Vendors Agencies. Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, along with a PG or Masters in Project Management, and 4-6 years of experience in real estate construction management. You should have a good understanding of project execution procedures, scheduling, IS codes, quality management, and construction equipment.
