Bachelors in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
7-10 years experience in handling production and planning in CNC shopfloor.
Local language KANNADA is must.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for Production planning, executing and monitoring as per customer requirement.
Ensure the optimum utilization of resources- Men, machine, material, Time (Managing 4M Changes)
On the job training of all operating personnel
Ensure healthy, good and safe practices in the shop floor
Plan for resources as required and Ensure teamwork and motivation in the group.
Plan for continuous improvement on productivity.
Ensure smart tooling management.
Facilitate upgradation of skills of all Production personnel
Facilitate the timely support from all other functions
Establish proper reporting and communication system on production and planning related activities.
Ensure implementation of QMS and EMS and Safety and Statutory norms at shop floor
Part of implementation of new projects assigned
Facilitate Bench marking activities
Working with ERP system and facilitate effective use of ERP in shopfloor
Experience on IATF-16949 & AS9100 Rev D, AS13100, ISO45001, ISO14001

Competencies:

Internal Auditing skills on IATF-16949 & AS 9100 RevD, AS13100, ISO45001, ISO14001
Managing a team of 50-60 personnel
Preparing and maintaining PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control plan, PFD & Lean manufacturing activities
