Own day-to-day marketing operations: coordinate vendors, align internal teams,
and land monthly/festival/launch plans on time, on budget to ensure every
campaign shows up consistently across India.
● Build and maintain a city-wise vendor roster (OOH, bus shelters, mall media,
radio, cinema, print/leaflets, influencers, event activations, housing/RWA,
data/partnerships like Paytm, Pine Labs, Student Tribe).
● Drive onboarding, scopes, SLAs, rate cards, negotiations, and performance
reviews.
● Issue POs, track installations/logs/certificates (e.g., PVR INOX exhibition
certs, RJ logs), collect photo/video proofs.
● Ensure GRN & invoice reconciliation; compile partner claim packs (bills,
clippings) for MDF/co-funding.
● Oversee the monthly strategy executions
● Coordinate and create city/store execution plans: channel mix, timelines,
budgets, owners, dependencies.
● Manage weekly trackers, and LOGs
● Orchestrate store-level activations (housing community kiosks, Creator Labs,
student drives), permits
● Ensure GMB hygiene (photos, hours, posts) and review velocity programs per
store.
● Publish a weekly execution dashboard (status by channel/city, budget burn,
vendor SLAs, risks).
● Standard checklists for OOH installs, radio scripts, cinema DCPs, leaflets, and
activations—tick before go-live.
● Deliver post-campaign reports with photos, GRPs/impressions,
walk-in/call/WA outcomes, learnings.
