Assistant Manager, Manufacturing Technical Operations

As a Production Technology and Maintenance Specialist at our company located in IND Rewari - Bawal, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with quality systems, policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Your primary responsibilities will involve investigating and resolving loss issues, developing maintenance standards, coaching technicians and operators, and executing maintenance activities in the line. Key Responsibilities: - Investigate and resolve Loss issues (Breakdown, Waste, Speed) by attending meetings and providing engineering status updates. - Resolve repeat loss issues using systematic problem-solving techniques. - Support Shift Technicians in investigating losses to ensure effective countermeasures. - Coach Technicians and Operators in quality and effectiveness of problem-solving tools. - Engage with Operators and Technicians to use Daily Task Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance effectively. - Lead Maintenance activities for the designated product line(s) and maintain critical equipment settings. - Provide Training and Coaching on TPM activities and standards to Operators and Technicians. - Ensure all preventative maintenance activities are performed effectively and record maintenance details accurately. - Support trials, validations, CI projects, and report Repair & Maintenance expenses monthly. - Responsible for Spare Parts and Machine Management, upkeep of machines, and breakdown/preventive maintenance. - Support CI Initiatives and People Development through training, performance management, and development planning. Qualification Required: - Ability to read, write, and converse in English. - Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of maintenance processes. - Experience in maintenance activities and CI projects. - Excellent communication and coaching skills. - Knowledge of TPM activities and standards.
