Major responsibilities:
Responsible for achievement of zonal budget and branch budget for Building Services Formulate and implement strategies across the Zone To analyse the performance of the segment periodically and suggest for improvements or corrective actions. Coordinate with SZ team, TSS Head and cross functional teams for achievement of the set goals. Will be responsible for business development activities and appointment of new dealers within the framework of company policy Attracting, identifying, developing and nurturing the right fit talent for achieving the business goals Monitoring Branch coordinator performance based on individual targets vis a vis Branch target through monthly review meetings To build relationship with Key Account customers for ensuring the sustainable business To ensure periodic updation of visit reports and business opportunities in C4C To support branch coordinators in review of dealers wherever necessary Implementation of ISO and Authority matrix for effective functioning of the segment Auditing the set process to avoid deviations. To flag risks and report the perennial risks every quarter
Requirement profile:
Formal education: B.E. with Mechanical Engg., / Diploma in Mechanical Engg.,
Professional experience: 6-8 years in mfg. industry
Defined competencies :
- Knowledge of pumps preferred
- Commercial knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of SAP (SD Module)
- Knowledge of MS-Office 2019
