Assistant Manager - Human Resources

You are looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources to join our team at Krishnapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. As the Assistant Manager - Human Resources, you will report to the Plant HR Manager and actively engage in Business Partnering with Plant Head & HODs in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development activities. Your main accountabilities will include coordinating the recruitment of on-roll and temporary positions, executing the on-boarding process for new hires, conducting induction and orientation programs, ensuring employee data completeness, advising on SMART goals, coordinating performance reviews, facilitating IDP creation, designing Employee Engagement activities, driving Rewards & Recognition schemes, managing L&D activities, maintaining HR Dashboard, resolving employee issues, managing audits, and promoting harmonious ER environment. Key Performance Indicators for the role will include executing Annual Performance Management Activities, Employee Engagement activities, achieving L&D Pillar levels, maintaining Safety Norms, and ensuring 100% food safety compliance. You will be working closely with internal stakeholders such as Plant Head, Departmental Heads, and external stakeholders like Vendors, Society, and Company People Families. Your knowledge and technical competencies should include proficiency in Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, TM & L&D processes in a manufacturing setup, good understanding of Labor Laws, and proficiency in MS Office & success factor. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in HR with around 10 years of experience in a Manufacturing Setup.
