Assistant Manager Finance

This position is based out of Pune and requires providing finance leadership for Process Measurement & Controls (PMC) India business, which consists of 5 lines of business spread across multiple legal entities with approximately $80 million in revenue. The primary responsibilities include business finance and FP&A. You should possess excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate with cross-functional teams effectively. You are expected to challenge the status quo, identify opportunities for improvement, and work well under strict deadlines. Collaboration with different organizational levels and functions, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently are essential for this role. Reporting directly to the IA India CFO, you will partner with the business to drive growth and ensure financial commitments are met in terms of revenue, operating income, working capital, and cash flow. Proactively identifying cost inefficiencies, managing balance sheet exposure matters, and working closely with various functions within Honeywell Finance operating model are key responsibilities. Providing financial guidance to the PMC leadership team, implementing financial processes, ensuring cost productivity, and maintaining financial discipline are also part of the role. The ideal candidate should be a CA/CS/ICWA with 8-12 years of experience in finance and accounting. You should be comfortable interacting with global stakeholders, fluent in verbal and written English, proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office tools. A good understanding of Indian GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS/Ind AS, and project accounting is required.
