Purpose/Objective


    Position Overview: The position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintenance post sales-service activities pertaining to Airport OOH/DOOH business. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, asset maintenance, monitoring, posting, safety at work, security, promotions, stakeholder coordination, documentation and preparation of operations reports, and overall quality of services provided.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Job summary: The operations and maintenance executive / supervisor for airport OOH business will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations maintenance and upkeep of all over advertising assets within the airport premises. This role ensures that all the advertising displays including digital and static formats, promotional activities are functioning optimally and meet the high standards required in airport environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management maintenance of digital and static displays and will be adept at coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. 1. Operations management: - Monitor day-to-day operations of all overarch advertising asset within the airport. - Ensure all advertising displays are operational and in accordance with the agreed upon schedule coordinate with installation team for timely and accurate placement of advertisement. - Maintain an inventory of OOH assets and ensure their proper documentation. 2. Maintenance and Technical Support: - Perform regular inspections and plan preventive maintenance for both static & digital displays to ensure their optimal functioning. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with digital screens and lighting systems. - Coordinate with external vendors for repairs replacement and Technical Support as needed. - Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of all advertising spaces coordinating with cleaning services. 3. Mounting and demounting of campaigns: - Ensure timely mounting and demounting of campaigns in accordance with the client agreements and schedules - Coordinate with installation team to ensure that all the campaigns are displayed correctly and on time. - Manage the removal of expired campaigns ensuring that no outdated material remains on the display. - Maintain record of campaign installation and removal ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. 4. Promotional activities: - Plan, coordinate and manage promotional activities and special events at the airport ensuring alignment with the overall branding strategies. - Collaborate with inhouse/client’s branding team and external agencies to design and execute engage promotional campaigns. - Oversee the installation and set up a promotional material, ensuring they are displayed effectively and attractively as per set airport design guidelines. - Monitor the performance of promotional activities collecting feedback and suggesting improvements for future campaign 5. Compliance and Safety: - Ensure all operations comply with airport safety and security regulations. - Lies with airport authorities and ensure all the overseas activities meet regulatory standards, conduct risk assessment and implement safety protocols for installations and maintenance of all OOH displays. 6. Vendor & stakeholder coordination: - Act as a primary point of contact between concerned airport authorities and external vendors. - Manage the relationship with contractors ensuring quality and timely service delivery. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any issue related to OOH operations 7. Reporting and documentation: - Prepare and maintain detailed record of maintenance activities incidents and repairs. - Generate regular reports on performance of oh assets highlighting any areas of concern. - Monitor and report on key operational metrics (KPIs), suggesting improvements wherever its necessary. 8. Team supervision: - Supervise a small team of maintenance technicians or junior executives. - Provide training and guidance to team members ensuring adherence to company standards. 9. Asset and Inventory Management: - Maintain up-to-date inventory of all the spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance of OOH. - Track the usage of spares and ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained to avoid disruptions in operations keep detailed records of all the fixed assets, including digital screens static displays lighting systems and other equipment. - Coordinate with the procurement team for timely ordering and replenishment of space and assets as needed.

Qualifications and Experience


    Qualification: - Bachelor's degree / Diploma in engineering, Maintenance or related fields. - Minimum three to five years of experience in operations & maintenance / facility management, preferably in an airport or similar high traffic environment, - Familiarity with the digital signage technology, lighting systems in general OOH advertising formats. - Knowledge of large format printing substrates platforms. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lies effectively with multiple stakeholders - Proficient in Microsoft office suite (Mail, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with maintenance management software. - Willingness to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment and flexibility to work in rotational shifts and outside normal business hours if required. Skills: - Attention to detail: ensuring all displays meet high standards of presentation and functionality - Technical expertise: Understanding of digital and static display systems and their maintenance - Time management: Ability to prioritize task and manage time effectively to meet deadlines - Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders - Team leadership: Ability to supervise and motivate a team internal or external
