Job Description

QRight Solutions is seeking an Assistant Manager Accounts for a KPO client in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have a CA Inter, CMA, MBA Finance, or M.Com qualification with at least 10 years of core SAP (ByD/FICO) accounting experience. This is a full-time position based in Chennai, with work from office from Monday to Friday. Immediate joiners are preferred. Responsibilities: - Managing daily BAU accounting in SAP ByD - Providing guidance and coaching to the team - Ensuring timely closure of books - Preparation of Management Information (MI) reports and dashboards - Conducting reconciliations - Coordinating with stakeholders in India and the US - Account clean up and process standardization - Developing standard documents such as SOPs and trackers - Identifying and implementing process improvements The successful candidate will have prior experience in core accounting in an MNC, be available for face-to-face interviews in Chennai, possess immediate joining availability, and have experience with SAP ByD/FICO.
