Assistant Manager - Accounts

Basic Function:

a) Responsibilities for preparation of various MIS report as per management requirement

b) Responsible for preparation of Financial Statement

c) Deal with Statutory auditors and Internal auditors as per the requirement

d) Responsible for Intercompany/ Interbranch Reconciliation

e) Debtors and Creditors Scrutiny

f) Regular follow with customer and ensure for timely booking of sales invoice

g) Reviewing of team members work

h) Responsible to place the control on accounting processes

i) Responsible to provide guidance to team member for all accounting and finance related activities

j) Overseeing the daily activities of finance department.

k) Responsible for accuracy of the financial data.

l) Responsible for Accuracy of Inventory Valuation

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

a) Reviewing accounting entries

b) Ensuring correctness, completeness of all accounting and tax records/filings.

c) Scrutiny of General Ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

d) Raising sales invoices as per contracts

e) Perform account reconciliations.

f) Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities.

g) Month-end closing.

h) Preparation of Various schedule as per Head office requirements

i) Reconciling creditor's & debtor's accounts on monthly basis.

j) Processing vendor payments as per the payment cycle as per purchase order terms and conditions

k) Ensuring proper handling of cash vouchers and imprest.

l) Ensuring compliance with Income Tax rules (including TDS rules) and GST law.

Verification of RA bills, CAPEX / OPEX, Service Invoices treatment in books of accounts
