Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Jalna. The Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting various projects. The Assistant will also assist with research, data entry, and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Administrative Skills: Managing schedules, handling correspondence, and data entry
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain organized records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Research Skills: Capability to assist with research and information gathering
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
