Role Overview

We’re looking for an Assistant Director who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment by contributing to scriptwriting, coordinating shoots, guiding on-ground direction, and supervising edits. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being involved in every stage of filmmaking, from concept to final cut.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in pre-production planning, scheduling, and coordination

- Collaborate with the director on concept development and scriptwriting

- Manage call sheets, shoot schedules, and crew coordination on set

- Ensure smooth execution of shoots and adherence to timelines

- Supervise editing to ensure alignment with script and creative vision

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years preferred, but freshers with strong skills and enthusiasm are welcome

- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling ability

- Familiarity with production workflows and post-production processes

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work under tight deadlines
