As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Preparing reports, documents, and presentations. - Performing data entry and managing databases. - Handling routine correspondence, emails, and phone calls. - Filing and maintaining project documentation. - Arranging and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events. - Booking conference rooms and managing hospitality. - Taking minutes at meetings and following up on action items.
