Job Description

You will be responsible for managing daily operations of the branch, including overseeing employee attendance and movement as well as branch maintenance. It will be your duty to ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and orderly, while effectively managing branch-related expenses such as rent and bills. You will also be required to maintain various administrative records, including but not limited to attendance, visitors, phone usage, employee movement, stationary, courier, parcel, and walk-in registers. Additionally, you will handle branch petty cash and prepare and submit the petty cash report at the end of each day. As an Assistant Administration Manager, you will assist the Admin Manager in maintaining branch discipline, fostering a warm and welcoming environment for employees, and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws. You will also be responsible for completing employee onboarding and offboarding formalities and maintaining operational standards to create an excellent working environment. Furthermore, you will support the Admin Manager in operating the branch according to company procedures and policies. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will assist in the smooth functioning of the office and collaborate with the HR department on employee-related matters such as onboarding, offboarding, login/logout timing, branch movements, and labor activities. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills in both written and spoken English, be well-groomed, bold, and active.
