Assistant Accounts

Role Overview: You will be a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accounts professional supporting the finance team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. Your role will involve assisting in day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial reports, managing invoices, and ensuring the accuracy of all accounting operations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports - Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts - Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings - Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records - Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits - Handle petty cash and employee reimbursement claims - Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field - Minimum of 02 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance - Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software - Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance - Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, good communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.
