Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Account Manager. The Assistant Account Manager will support account managers in developing and maintaining client relationships, assisting with project management, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing strategies. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, conducting market research, and managing client communications to address their needs and concerns.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the account to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within the account.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of project management, documenting project status, execution, and strategy comprehensively and maintaining best practices.
  • Build and cultivate strong relationships with clients in your portfolio along with internal stakeholders; be a trusted advisor and a business advocate.
  • Use customer feedback, market growth trends, and analyze key metrics to contribute to strategic development of features and projects that accelerate client’s growth and improve their experience. Spot areas of unnecessary process or inefficiencies and work to simplify.
  • Identify, optimize, and scale improvements that can benefit all stakeholders, e.g. driving efficiencies through tools and processes, simplifying SOPs, etc.. Develop mechanisms to create accountability.
  • Support the team in putting the projects together and pitching to the client. Prepare QBR decks



Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in B2B marketing, branding, and strategy
  • Proficiency in using marketing and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is a plus
