Role & responsibilities

• Build AI products in Conversational AI, Generative AI, Language Models, MCP, RAG
• Build supporting applications in JS frameworks like React, Node, Angular
• Work in Linux, Cloud environments for deployments
• Manage development, as well as production systems
• Work on bleeding edge technologies/capabilities within the areas as specified above
• Learn, unlearn and deliver in new and emerging tools and technologies
• Work in start-up environment of fast pace, rapid learning and delivery orientation

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of core programming experience, with strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Strong Python application programming (NLTK, Pandas DO NOT count).
• Well versed in Programming Logic & Techniques, Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Good knowledge about RDBMS like MYSQL and NoSQLs like MongoDB
• Working experience in Linux environment.
• Good experience in working with open source software applications
• Ability to express technical problems and solutions clearly and in algorithmic language
• Prefer experience in dialogue systems, core NLP or speech technologies (using 3rd party APIs does not count), strong mathematics in machine leaning, AI, probability, algorithms etc. However, we can train people in these areas provided they have appetite to learn and to program on the go.
• PERL, Bash Script, Working Knowledge of C++, Angular or NodeJS experience preferred.
• Very high on learning abilities, enthusiasm, strong work ethics, integrity

Selection Process
