Job Description

Job Summary:

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize AI models and algorithms using state-of-the-art techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and translate business needs into AI solutions.
Build and maintain AI pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
Integrate AI capabilities into existing applications and services.
Stay current with AI research, tools, and trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Ensure AI models meet quality, accuracy, and performance standards.
Conduct research and experimentation to improve AI models and algorithms.
Document AI systems, development processes, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in AI, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
Experience with deep learning architectures and frameworks.
Knowledge of AI ethics and fairness considerations.
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model deployment and monitoring.
Exposure to big data technologies and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to stakeholders.
