AI Engineer

Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems is essential to successfully embed AI capabilities into existing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Research and evaluate AI/ML and LLM-based tools and products available in the market.
2. Identify and recommend best-fit AI solutions aligned with organizational goals and business processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Engineering, QS, Finance, Project Management, Sales, etc.) to identify process inefficiencies and AI integration opportunities.
4. Implement and integrate AI tools and automation across systems such as Salesforce,
5. Power BI, Tableau, and ERP platforms.
6. Stay current with AI and technology trends to proactively suggest relevant innovations.
7. Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth deployment, testing, and adoption of AI tools.
8. Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for AI-driven optimization.
9. Provide insights and recommendations to improve team productivity and organizational performance.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Applications.

• Preferred: Specialisation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Emerging Technologies.

• Added Advantage: Exposure to or experience within the Real Estate domain.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Experience

  integrating AI tools

  and APIs with business systems (Salesforce, Power BI,Tableau, ERP).
• Strong analytical, business process mapping, and gap analysis capabilities.
• Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and business intelligence platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and their practical business applications.
