About the Opportunity

As an AI Engineer, you will be the technical lead for developing and deploying a sophisticated, LLM-powered assistant. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about applying advanced AI research to real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Design:

• Lead the end-to-end design of conversational AI systems, including data ingestion, processing, and model deployment.

• Model Development & Fine-Tuning:

• Select and implement foundation models (open-source or commercial APIs). Apply fine-tuning and prompt engineering to align model behavior with brand voice and use cases.

• RAG Implementation:

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for accurate, context-aware responses using proprietary knowledge bases.

• Systems Integration:

• Develop backend services and APIs to integrate the chatbot with existing infrastructure and data sources.

• Evaluation & Optimization:

• Define and monitor performance metrics (latency, accuracy, user satisfaction). Continuously improve chatbot performance and factual consistency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.
• Proven experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Gemini).
• Strong Python skills and proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with Hugging Face tools (Transformers, Datasets, Tokenizers).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with agent-based frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
• Experience in building and fine-tuning multilingual AI agents.
