Position Overview

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, automation, and decision-making. The role involves working with machine learning models, data analytics, automation tools, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models based on organizational requirements.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Build and optimize AI tools, chatbots, automation scripts, and predictive models.
• Collaborate with software and data engineering teams to integrate AI models into applications and workflows.
• Evaluate and implement AI/ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for innovation.
• Ensure AI models follow ethical, secure, and responsible AI guidelines.
• Prepare documentation, technical reports, and model performance summaries.
• Troubleshoot and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model development.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or large language models (LLMs).
• Ability to handle datasets and use tools like SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML development (can be adjusted for junior/senior roles).
• Certifications in AI/ML or related technologies (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
