Job Description

Role & responsibilities

AI/ML/GenAI Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Define and own the overall architecture for enterprise-scale AI/GenAI solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Lead end-to-end design and implementation of applications using
LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent frameworks
.
Architect and integrate APIs, external data sources, and vector or graph databases into AI-driven solutions.
Provide hands-on technical leadership on
model design, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimization
.
Drive best practices in coding standards, CI/CD, and
MLOps
pipelines for AI/ML deployments.
Collaborate with data, product, and business teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Mentor developers and data scientists while fostering innovation and experimentation.
Stay updated with
emerging trends in GenAI, agentic frameworks, and AI/ML research
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
12–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in AI/ML/GenAI architecture and leadership.
Strong programming expertise in
Python
and experience with
TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn
.
Hands-on experience with
LLMs, RAG, LangChain, AutoGen, LangGraph
, and
Vector DBs
(Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).
Proven experience designing and deploying AI solutions in
Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or Supply Chain
domains.
Cloud exposure:
AWS / Azure / GCP
, with experience in
Docker
and
Kubernetes
.
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
